      Description

      Run this sample : http://pastebin.com/ZCANrze2

It creates a TableView with 1000 rows. Now scroll with your mousewheel really fast to the bottom. You will see that you will get to the bottom of the TableView. But you will not get to the 1000 row.

In fact, the TableView make you think that you have arrived to the bottom of the data, the scroll thumb is at the bottom, if you click on the down arrow you will not be going anywhere, if you scroll your mouse wheel you will not go down.

See the video I made of the problem. In the video, I am scrolling with my mouse wheel too times. The second time, I click the up arrow a bit and down arrow a bit more to demonstrate that I can't go to the real bottom. Note that I click on a cell at the very end, and only at that moment I reach the real end of data.

I consider this bug critical because the visual makes you think that they are no data left.

      Tested with JDK8u40 b09
