[ListView, TreeView, et al]: The first item should be selected if nothing else is already selected

      Description

      When a list is tabbed to, it is expected that the first item is selected if nothing else is already selected. Currently, users must press Down key to select the first item in the list which is unintuitive.

      Note that this issue also applies to TreeView and TableView.
