[Accessibility, Windows] JAWS doesn't read hyperlink visited state, but it reads it in browsers

      Reproducible: always
      Steps to reproduce:
      0. Turn on JAWS
      1. Download jar with accessibility test samples from https://wiki.se.oracle.com/download/attachments/46472587/Hello.jar
      2. Execute hyperlink demo by java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloHyperlink
      3. Activate links with space and try to navigate between two hyperlink
      Expected result: JAWS read link title and says "visited" if link is visited, just like in browsers.
      Actual result: JAWS reads only link title for visited links.
