D3D: Depth buffer is created in RenderTarget regardless of 3D is needed

      Description

      By code inspection, we found that D3D pipe allocates depth buffer in RenderTarget regardless of 3D is needed. This seems to be a waste of resource on cases where 3D is not required, such as decora.
