      Description

      As part of:

(RT-8836) create "runtime" directory in JavaFX SDK for offline/re-distribution of runtime

We now launch service tag registration at the end of the Solaris/Linux SDK installer also. The registration code will also update the javafx-rt.jnlp/dtfx.js in SDK runtime directory to have the correct codebase.

The service tag registration will bring up a browser, and this might take a few seconds. So the SDK installer experience on linux/solaris is not as smooth now at the end.

We should run the service tag registration with nohup, so it won't be blocking the installer to finish.
