      Description

We are running our JavaFX application on a customer's machine (Windows Server 2008 R2). The application crashes and writes a log and a mdmp file. The log file is attached, the mdmp file is 120MB big. If there is any way this mdmp file can be useful, please let me know and I will share it too!

A part of the logfile says the following:

      # A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
      #
      # EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x68e3fa37, pid=11312, tid=11188
      #
      # JRE version: 7.0_09-b05
      # Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (23.5-b02 mixed mode, sharing windows-x86 )
      # Problematic frame:
      # C [glass.dll+0xfa37] Java_com_sun_glass_events_KeyEvent__1getKeyCodeForChar+0xf37

We have more than 800 succesfull installs of our software which run 1.7.0_03-b05 and JavaFX 2.1. We recently upgraded to JavaFX 2.2.3 and now we have this problem on some computers.

Any tips or workarounds are useful! Thx, Peter.
