Mac only : Increasing the right panel width affects left panel width

      Description

      Make a new doc
      Increase the width of the right panel (inspector) and keep dragging the mouse to the left after the max width has been reached - BUG - You will see the left panel (Library/Hierarchy) start to increase in width
