FX 8 3D: No need to do the implicit -1 (in Z) translation for eye position when fixedEyePosition is true

      Description

      We shouldn't do the implicit -1 translation in Z on the eye position so that the projection plane is Z=0. This makes the new Camera model confusing and problematic. We should specify that the eye is fixed at (0, 0, 0) if there are no transforms anywhere on the camera.
