      Description

      Location jdk/src/jdk.jartool/share/classes/sun/tools/jar/resources/jar.properties

      - error.versioned.info.requires.public
String: module-info.class in versioned section contains additional requires public
      - error.versioned.info.requires.added
String: module-info.class in versioned section contains additional requires
      - error.versioned.info.requires.dropped
String: module-info.class in versioned section contains missing requires
      - error.versioned.info.exports.notequal
String: module-info.class in versioned section contains different exports
      - error.versioned.info.provides.notequal
String: module-info.class in versioned section contains different provides

Issue: The above strings are keywords (requires/exports/requires public/provides) at the end. Without special notice, it is very difficult for translators to define whether they are incomplete sentences or something else.

Expected: use double quote to enclose the non-translated words.
