      Description

      This bug is reported by TeamFX on behalf of Dr Michael PAUS:

      The attached demo program proofs a massive performance problem when rendering a rather simple figure: A huge (apparently mostly clipped) circle with a dashed stroke.

      When the stroke is dashed, the window needs one full second to be rendered, which simply is inacceptable. The window is rendered rather immedately when the strike is non-dashed.
