      Description

Java infra team is looking to open a project to shutdown France java resources since we do not have employees here any longer.

Infra RE team is using gnb10183.fr.oracle.com to do build and promotion of JAMC 2.5. Also used for JAMC 2.4 and JAMC 2.3.

This system is owned by Dev team ( kirill.soshalskiy ) and used by RE team for AMC builds.

Need a replacement VM to migrate JAMC builds.

        Saravana,

Do you have a proposed changed that needs to be implemented?
Are you saying a re-install of cygwin will fix this? Have you tested that yourself? Please dig more into the issue and propose a set of steps or solutions. We all need to dig in more and start addressing things like this. Alok is the puppet master.

[~svijayasekar] this issue looks to be fixed now. Please check again.

        java_re@llg00brm ~
        $ which cygpath
        /usr/bin/cygpath

        java_re@llg00brm ~
        $

There was some issue with java_re user account with cygwin, PATH was being picked as defined. After, repopulating cygwin's /etc/passwd .. it got working.

        Hi Abhijit/Alok,

I had the issues with attaching the machine as slave node to RELEASE-MISC Hudson instance.
Please find the Hudson slave-node log attached herewith.

I worked on them and have fixed the issues now. The machine is now attached to the RELEASE-MISC Hudson instance.
I am running some test Windows JAMC builds on the machine now.

Once the builds get completed successfully on this machine, we shall get rid of those two French machines permanently.

        Thank You.
