      Description

The test java/awt/Robot/SpuriousMouseEvents/SpuriousMouseEvents.java used to fail on Linux (JDK-8145784), OS X (JDK-8163270), and now I should file the same bug for Windows.

It is applicable in dual-screen environment only. I had no chance yet to verify JDK-8163270 fix. On Windows 10, it fails just the same: a robot, created with Robot(gc), moves the pointer on a primary screen only.

It's not a new bug: it is reproducible with jdk9 b135. I haven't tried in older environment but someway I don't think it's necessary.
