[AOT] InitializeKlassNode should benefit from peeling

      Description

      In loops InitializeKlassNode may usually be peeled away since it essentially executes only the first time.

        Actually, it should already work. EliminateRedundantInitializationPhase happens after LoopPeelingPhase. So the initialization nodes that are created as a result of peeling would dominate the old ones and those would be removed.
