Error while running Pyhanlp(which is originally Hanlp on Java) on Djano

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I have written a Pyhanlp function in my program, and run fine on my computer,but when I put this function
      in my Django project,the whole program shut down

      ERROR MESSAGES/STACK TRACES THAT OCCUR :
