      A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
      EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x000000007110b5db, pid=7780, tid=2008
      JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (10.0.1+10) (build 10.0.1+10)
      Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (10.0.1+10, mixed mode, tiered, compressed oops, g1 gc, windows-amd64)
      Problematic frame:

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Run any programme using JSSC and try to open Com Port

      ACTUAL -
      Fails to open the comm port

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      Revert to JDK 8
