JavaFX HTMLEditor displays base 64 encoded images incorrectly

      Windows 10 1803, jdk1.8.0_191, Eclipse Neon 4.6

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      When a file including a base 64 encoded image is edited with HTMLEditor and a newline is added right before the image, artifacts of the image remain in the previous location of the image.

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Open a file with a base64 encoded embedded image using the HTMLEditor. Move the cursor just before the image. Press the return/enter button.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
      The image moves down one line.
      ACTUAL -
      The image moves down one line, but an artifact of the image remains in the previous position and can still be seen in the editor.

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
      The artifact can be removed by pressing enter several more times and then pressing backspace.
