      Description

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
JLS §6.1 (https://docs.oracle.com/javase/specs/jls/se14/html/jls-6.html#jls-6.1) has a section called "Naming Conventions". However, the complete text of that section is italic and headlines of sections and subsections, such as "Naming Conventions", "Package Names and Module Names", ... all have the same formatting, which makes reading this section pretty difficult and prevents linking to any of the subsections.

It would be good if the text was formatted properly:
      1. Not italic (if the intend was to indicate that this is only a convention but not require by the spec, then please state that at the beginning but don't make the complete text italic)
      2. "Naming Conventions" is a subsection 6.1.1 (so you can link to it)
      3. All sub-subsections (e.g. "Package Names and Module Names") are actual subsections, e.g. 6.1.1.1 so you can link to them
