      Summary

      Replace a default constructor in java.rmi.server.RMIClassLoaderSpi with an equivalent explicit constructor.

      Problem

      The class java.rmi.server.RMIClassLoaderSpi relies on a default constructor.

      Solution

      Add an explicit public no-arg constructor.
