I couldnt run cassandra on my windows

      Description

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      I tried to install and run cassandra on my windows, but got following error.
      I used apache-cassandra-3.11.6 and jdk1.8.0_261. I also tried 3.11.4 version but got same error. What should I do ?
