Additional information to JDK-8201526

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
JDK-8201526 should be closed with "won't fix" or "invalid" or similar because the request makes no sense. Version 4 is always random and not based on any input data, and the referred method uses MD5 and thus has to be version 3.
