      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      StreamResult(File) writes to incorrect file path if # is part of the file path

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      See test case below.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

      ACTUAL -
      Write file ./output
