      Description

      This is in the "unexplained oddity" category.

      Some, but not all, of the generated man pages have a spurious line at the beginning that consists of exactly this:

      .\"t

      This applies to the following files:

      $ find build/*/images/jdk -name \*.1 | xargs grep '^.\\"t'
      build/macosx-x64/images/jdk/man/man1/jshell.1:.\"t
      build/macosx-x64/images/jdk/man/man1/java.1:.\"t
      build/macosx-x64/images/jdk/man/man1/keytool.1:.\"t
      build/macosx-x64/images/jdk/man/man1/jarsigner.1:.\"t

      FWIW, I could not see any obvious difference in the head of `java.md` (affected) and `javac.md` (not affected) source files.
