Dial background 0-10 contains transparent pixels near 6, 7, and 8.

      Description

Possibly caused by JPEG-artifacts at some point, although the backgrounds now are in PNG format. While these pixels are (at least mostly) transparent, they are colored by the color strip that is supposed to only be seen above (further from the needle attachment point) the numbers. This is most visible when the color strip has a red color, or a gradient from green to red, like in the "JVM CPU Usage" dial in the JMX Console Dashboard.
