Would be nice to have a rule warning people about running stuff on deprecated and superseded JDK versions.
For example JDK 9 and JDK 10 should no longer be used - JDK 11 is the next LTS release. And interim releases, is superseded by the next interim once released. Depending on how often these rules are updated, I think it may be enough to warn about interim releases superseded by an LTS at the time of release for the JMC version.
Note that the rule will not look at the update versions, as they change far too often.
