The debug target is dead and so is the profiled target so those should be removed. Debug bundles in JPRT aren't very useful and take up significant space on the archiver so we can eliminate those too. There are also quite a few _default test jobs that are redundant with the other test jobs that specify a particular collector. The redundant ones should be removed.
